At the top it says “To Do List”. Below that all the names of the workouts (female names) with little check boxes next to each one. Obviously to anyone who does not know about Crossfit, it looks like his s*x list.
I just did Fran, Chelsea and Diane…and my wife thinks it’s awesome!

The only thing I can say about having girls/guys shirts is that there will be two fees for the screens. But, in saying that, I don’t think that’s much.

oh, and if we want them for Sectionals, we’d better pull our finger out as we’ve only got about 1-2 weeks left before we’d have to have them started…
