    oh, what a shame I missed this session – two of my MOST favourite exercises – wall balls & burpees… NOT!!

    You would have added virtual shovels to that list!!!!

    I scaled it down to 100 and it still broke me off, I’d love to see a video of someone doing the full workout.

    what the heck….virtual shovels???? If i had known you could have come to my place and done some real shovelling…rocks, dirt you name it we shovelled it. :<)
